Shipping Policy

Shipping Country/Region:

Our services cater to the majority of the United States, except for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Armed Forces stationed in the Americas, Europe, and the Pacific, and it's important to note that we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Costs:

We offer free express shipping within the US on all orders.

About Tariffs:

Tariff: Funcid will pay for all the tariffs. Our customers do not need to pay any tariff fees. If you are charged tariff fees by customs, please contact us for help or reimbursement (service@funcidtoy.com).

Excise taxes and other fees: Depending on the policy of the local area where you are receiving the goods, additional charges such as GST and other fees may be levied upon receipt of the goods. These charges will be borne by you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team. Thank you again for your support and understanding.

Delivery Estimates:

We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. If your item is in stock, your order is expected to ship within 2 business days with a shipping time of 3-7 business days, all estimates are based on business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Total delivery time = Dispatch time+Transit time

Dispatch time = the time between the time you place your order and the time of shipment (1-2 business days)

Transit time =  the time between shipping and delivery of your order to you (3-7 busniess days)

Expedited Service:

If you need to receive your order as soon as possible due to some unexpected factors, you can email us (service@funcidtoy.com) to apply for expedited service. We will arrange shipment for you in advance according to your situation, expedited delivery, this service is free for you.

Shipping Methods:

Orders from the US will be shipped from the local warehouse and delivered by FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, etc. If the product inventory is insufficient in the local warehouse, the entire order will be shipped from the China warehouse.
